Qatar · Data centres & AI infrastructure · Private · Founded 2025

Carrier-neutral data-centre company carved out of Ooredoo Group's regional data-centre operations (formerly MENA Digital Hub) and launched on 11 March 2025 with initial capital of US$1 billion, led by Chief Executive Officer Sunita Bottse. It targets more than 120 MW of installed capacity across MENA by 2030. In January 2026 it acquired Q Data QFZ LLC, which runs two Tier III facilities in the Qatar Free Zones (5 MW live and 7.5 MW under development), taking its live IT capacity in Qatar to 26 MW according to Ooredoo. Its data centres host Ooredoo's sovereign AI cloud in Qatar. In February 2025 Ooredoo agreed that Iron Mountain would take a minority equity stake in its carrier-neutral data-centre platform; the stake size was not disclosed. It publishes no financial statements.
