Parkin is Dubai's public parking company, a public joint stock company established on 29 December 2023 under Dubai Law No. 30 of 2023 and listed on the Dubai Financial Market after its March 2024 IPO, according to Note 1 of its audited 2025 statements, which say the Dubai Investment Fund, wholly owned by the Government of Dubai, owns 75.01%. The statements report revenue of AED 1,308,302 thousand and profit of AED 625,507 thousand, against AED 915,812 thousand and AED 423,490 thousand in 2024. Ahmed Hashem Bahrozyan signs them as chairman; the company's results release of 25 February 2026 quotes Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali as chief executive.
