Dubai Residential REIT is a sharia-compliant, income-generating closed-ended real estate investment trust established in Dubai, licensed on 23 May 2025 and listed on the Dubai Financial Market on 28 May 2025 after an IPO of 15% of its units, according to its audited 2025 statements, which name Dubai Holding as ultimate parent and DHAM REIT Management as fund manager. The statements report revenue of AED 1,953,474 thousand and profit of AED 3,021,610 thousand, against AED 1,792,811 thousand and AED 2,662,308 thousand in 2024. Its 2025 annual report describes over 35,700 units across 21 communities with average occupancy of 98.3%, and names Nabil Mohammad Ramadhan Alahmadi as chairman and Ahmed Al Suwaidi as managing director of the fund manager.
