ADNOC Distribution markets petroleum products, natural gas and ancillary products and owns retail fuel stations in the UAE, Egypt and Saudi Arabia, according to its audited 2025 consolidated statements; it was incorporated by Abu Dhabi Law No. 13 of 1973, replaced by Law No. 15 of 2017, and its shares are listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange. The statements report revenue of AED 35,896,617 thousand and profit attributable to equity holders of AED 2,794,000 thousand, against AED 35,453,716 thousand and AED 2,420,275 thousand in 2024. Note 1 says ADNOC transferred its equity in the company to XRG on 11 September 2025 and retains 77% of the ultimate ownership and control through its 100% stake in XRG.
