A planned 1.5 GW net-zero AI data-centre campus in NEOM's Oxagon, announced in February 2025 with an initial US$5 billion phase. On 31 August 2026 HUMAIN and DataVolt said construction had begun on the campus's 360 MW first phase, within which they are jointly developing 100 MW, expected to be available in 2028. The three figures are nested: 100 MW within the 360 MW first phase, within the 1.5 GW campus.
